In January 2013, my husband and I decided we would help his
company open an office in the Dallas, Texas area.
So, after living in our Crest Drive home near Hemet, California for over 21 years we said adios to the old homestead.
Despite the hundreds of “honey do” projects that never got done over the many, many years (i.e. buffing the wood flooring or putting the handles on the cabinets), I will miss our ole’ abode.

View from the backyard of our Redwood deck we built in 1995.
Our home was near Hemet's Ramona Bowl outdoor amphitheater.
On summer evenings we would sit on our deck and listen to music echoing off the hills
from the jazz concerts played at the Bowl.
